Easy-to-follow instructions for setting up media players on your device
Smart TV Setup
Follow these steps to set up your media player on your Smart TV:
- Open your TV's app store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store, etc.)
- Search for and install a compatible media player (e.g., Smart Media Player, Media Player Pro)
- Launch the installed application
- Navigate to the settings or playlist section
- Enter your media playlist URL or server credentials (provided in your welcome email)
- Save and restart the application
- Your content should now be available
Note: Some Smart TVs may require additional setup steps. If you encounter any issues, please refer to your TV's user manual or contact our support team.
Android Setup
Follow these steps to set up your media player on your Android device:
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Download and install Media Player Pro or TiviMate
- Launch the application
- Select "Add Playlist" or "Login with Server"
- Enter your credentials (provided in your welcome email)
- Click "Add User" or "Login"
- Your content will now be available in the app
Alternative: You can also use VLC Media Player by opening the app, going to Network Stream, and entering your media playlist URL.
iOS Setup
Follow these steps to set up your media player on your iOS device:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Download and install Media Player Pro or GSE Smart Media
- Launch the application
- Tap on "Add Playlist" or "Login with Server"
- Enter your credentials (provided in your welcome email)
- Tap "Add User" or "Login"
- Your content will now be available in the app
Note: For the best experience, we recommend using Media Player Pro on iOS devices.
PC Setup
Follow these steps to set up your media player on your PC:
- Download and install VLC Media Player from videolan.org
- Launch VLC Media Player
- Click on "Media" in the menu bar
- Select "Open Network Stream"
- Enter your media playlist URL (provided in your welcome email)
- Click "Play"
- Your content will start playing
Alternative: You can also use web-based players like Web Media Player by visiting their website and logging in with your credentials.
