SOS TV provides media infrastructure and management tools that allow users to manage and access their personal media libraries. We are a technology provider and do not host, own, or distribute any content.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
Users agree not to use our service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of unauthorized content, or any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
Service fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
NexusStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Users may also cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
